Originally from the Lowcountry of South Carolina, raised in Northern Granville County, NC, on an old tobacco farm.
I've been teaching yoga for a decade and a half, an ERYT500 and Certified Baptiste Yoga Leader, trained directly under Baron Baptiste for a decade. I'm a Certified Somatic Facilitator and Mastery Method Transformational Coach with mentorship and training in Holotropic Breathwork and Ecstatic Dance. I'm the founder of ShaktiSOMA™ School of Spirituality & Somatics, where I house my Yoga Alliance RYS-200 school, Continuing Education Provider programs, and my Facilitator Certification training.
