The private contrast suite is the one people ask about most: sauna and cold plunge, booked on your own schedule, no one else in the room. Book your slot, go quiet, and come back out lighter.
Class Types
The NHID Parking Deck at 521 Church at North Hills Street is the closest option to the studio. Scan the QR code in the garage and register your license plate for two hours of free parking. Registration is required each visit, and additional time can be purchased through the same portal.
The St. Albans Lofts Parking Deck at 600 St. Albans Drive, next to Standard Beer + Food, follows the same process.
