Intelligent Sequencing — 25 Hours | December 16 - 19, 2027
The best classes feel easy to the student because the teacher made a hundred careful decisions beforehand. This module teaches you how to make those decisions. We start with the fundamentals of a traditional vinyasa class and use them to build sequences that are creative, inclusive, safe, and effective.
You will study the anatomy of each pose closely enough to understand what it asks of the body and who it may not suit. From there we turn to the space between poses, because transitions are where a thoughtful teacher can protect students most. You will learn to shape the arc of a class so that its energy builds and settles on purpose, then lands where you intend it to.
