You know the feeling of a class that held you. The quiet that stayed with you after the last breath. Somewhere in your training, you decided you wanted to give that to someone else. Then training ended, and standing at the front of the room felt further away than it did on your mat. That distance is what mentorship is for.
Six weeks, one on one, with the senior Dose teacher of your choice. You begin by teaching your full 60 minute class, exactly as you are now. Then week by week, you and your mentor move through it piece by piece, from the first words you speak to the stillness you leave the room in. You teach, you listen, you refine. After every session your mentor sends a written reflection, so you can watch yourself become the teacher you came here to find.
This work asks you to be seen before you feel ready. That is where the growth lives.
When you know your class from the inside out, you're invited to teach a community class, a real room of practitioners on the Dose schedule. Several of our teachers began exactly there. Wherever your path leads, you leave with a steadier practice and a voice that belongs to you.
In Their Words
"I loved my mentorship at Dose with Emmarose! It was so helpful to receive feedback and get more comfortable with teaching after YTT. I was super nervous to actually lead a room of people after my YTT ended, and the mentorship program at Dose really helped me bridge the gap between learning and leading. I am so grateful for the space my mentor gave me, and that I can still go to her with questions, ask for feedback, or just chat." — Michaela Teachey
