This is a working reference for anyone adding or editing content in the Dose Yoga CMS. Every collection below feeds specific pages on the live site - update an item and it updates everywhere it's used, automatically, once published.
One habit worth building: after editing a CMS item, publish the item itself, then publish the site. Saving alone won't push the change live.
How to get into Webflow and find your way to this site's content.
Powers the Classes page (the full class list) and each class's own page.
Powers the Trainings list page and each training's own page.
Powers the Retreats list page and each retreat's own page. This is the most detailed collection - most sections are optional and controlled by their own on/off switch.
A supporting collection - room options don't have their own public page. Each item belongs to one retreat and powers that retreat's "Room Options" pricing section (see Retreats → Show Room Options above).
A supporting collection - testimonials don't have their own public page either. They're referenced by Trainings (the "Testimonial Entries" field - see Trainings above) to show quote cards in each training's "What Graduates Say" section.
Powers each studio's own page (Downtown Raleigh, North Hills, Durham), and feeds the "Available At" buttons on Class Type pages.
Every Location page also shows an Instructors section, pulled automatically from the Teams collection - anyone whose Home Studio includes this location shows up here, no manual linking needed.
A supporting collection - amenities don't have their own public page. They're referenced by Location (the "Amenities" field above) and display as a list on each studio's page.
One collection covers everyone who appears on camera across the site: studio instructors and retreat guides both live here (a person can be both at once). Each person gets their own bio page automatically at /team/[slug].
The /our-team page groups instructors by studio, using the fields above - there's nothing to configure on the page itself, it's entirely driven by the Teams collection:
A separate collection from Teams - this is the studio's leadership/founding group, not instructors. Powers the leadership section on the /about page.
Worth knowing: this collection has an Order of Appearance field (a number, same pattern as Amenities' Sort Order) - lower numbers display first on the About page. Use it to control display order instead of relying on the order people were added in.
Powers the plan cards on the /pricing page.
Powers the Journal list page and each post's own page.
The /about page pulls its Leadership section automatically from the Leadership Team collection above - add someone there and they appear here, no page editing required. The hero heading/tagline and the "Our Story" body copy, however, are not CMS-driven - they're static text set directly on the page in the Designer, so updating that copy currently means editing the page itself rather than a CMS item. If that story text is going to be revised more than once, it would be worth moving it into a CMS field (or a page-level content field) the same way other page copy has been - flagging this as a candidate the next time this page gets attention.
These are every on/off switch in the CMS and exactly what each one controls:
Separately, on Trainings, the Deposit note, Early Bird Note, and the Scholarships / Attendance Policy / Required Reading / Recommended Reading / Closing Statement / FAQs sections don't have switches - they simply hide themselves automatically whenever the field is left blank.
A few fields are plain-text "display" copies of a reference field, kept separate on purpose so the wording on the page can be trimmed or reordered. A couple of others are two independent reference fields describing the same real-world relationship from opposite sides. Neither kind updates automatically - the CMS won't sync them for you, and mismatches here are the single most common source of "why isn't this showing up right" issues on this site. Worth a quick check any time you touch one side:

Hot yoga, cold plunge, and everything in between.
