  • Anyone who is interested in learning the tools and techniques for meditation, mindfulness, and interested in learning the power of silence.

  • We will spend Thursday night in conversation, learning more about the breathing techniques, meditation techniques, discussions, and will enter silence before bed Thursday night.

  • We recommend layered clothing for different weather, journal, books, hiking shoes, snacks if desired. Light breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included.

  • Most rooms will be shared with at least two beds. There are a few king rooms that will be at a higher price. Please email emily@doseyogaraleigh.com for pricing information on king bed rooms.
